A Homeschool Mom and the Fruits of Her Labor
In 2000, our mom (who was a private school teacher at the time) decided to pause her career and focus on teaching her oldest son. As a witness to what both public and private school education methods looked like, she believed she could instill better habits and learning methods in her kids than what they were getting in school.
Her one son eventually grew to five kids, and after passing them back to the formal education system once they reached high school, she stepped into a support role for their eventual college applications. Her kids went on to Harvard, Stanford, Oxford, and beyond, but we all carried with us the same love for mentorship, guidance, and personal education support that our mom instilled in us.
We started formally working with our first two clients (who were both eventually accepted at Stanford) in 2015. Over the past decade, we have slowly increased the amount of families we work with, while maintaining a strict limit on how many students any of our team members are working with at any given time.
We are a tight-knit family that loves to learn, and loves to assist high-potential students achieve their education dreams. We fill a niche gap that currently exists in the modern education system at the intersection of college application strategy, signature project development, and “learning how to learn” within academia and in career preparation.
We like to think we help our clients with more than just getting into Stanford and Harvard. We prepare them to make life happen, not let life happen to them, long after they get their college diploma.
